Let the light in

We love this bright and spacious apartment in the heart of Gothenburg. The calm greyish/green walls and monochrome colour palette helps show off the stunning period features. The large windows and balcony allow for plenty of light to stream through.

Dark ceilings

To paint the ceiling black is truly a brave move! It is probably something that we would never attempt but in this space with its tall ceilings it actually kind of works! What do you guys think? Yay or nay?

Shades of Grey

This moody flat has a very considered colour palette featuring only shades of grey, black and white. This home is on the smaller side at 38 sqm but but you can't tell! They have managed to create a sense of space even though they've purposefully stayed away from lighter hues. It goes to show that you can work with muted darker palette even in small spaces.

DARK AND MOODY

This Scandi flat is the opposite to the typical all white interior style that we're so used to see. Darker muted palettes has become a lot more popular during 2016. Just take a look at this flat which features black walls!
