This Scandi flat is the opposite to the typical all white interior style that we're so used to see. Darker muted palettes has become a lot more popular during 2016. Just take a look at this flat which features black walls!

Moody Green

We can't get enough of these dark green walls! They create a beautiful contrast with the white double doors, fireplace and cornices. We've seen a lot more Scandinavian homes daring to go dark lately, it's a change from the 'all white everything' we've so long associated with Scandi interiors.

NYC in Gothenburg

We love this NY inspired flat in central Gothenburg. The owners haven't been afraid of using dark tones and a rich colour palette when decorating this stunning space. The dark and moody aesthetic that can be seen here is one of the biggest interior trends in Scandinavia for 2016... watch this space!
